Redeemer Baptist Church of Asheboro exists to love God, one another, and the world through the gospel of Jesus Christ. As a church, we are not fundamentally a building or a set of programs. We are a congregation of people – a community covenanted together in Asheboro, NC, with a shared vision and faith in Jesus Christ. We are a group of people who have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and desire to worship Him with all that we are. We are by no means perfect and have sins, struggles, and trials just like everyone else. However, we seek to joyfully follow the Lord as His disciples and place our lives under His Word.

We are a church devoted to…Transformational Truth. We are committed to the truth of the Bible and will seek to follow it in everything we do. We will regularly teach and preach God’s life-changing truth, the gospel, from His Word. We believe that Jesus Christ, our redeemer, came into this world, died on the cross for the sins of many, and rose from the dead according to the Scriptures that He might redeem countless men and women to Himself and reign as both King and Lord.

We are a church devoted to…Compelling Community. We are committed to cultivating a community that displays Christ so that we may win others to Christ. We seek to do this by carefully selecting qualified men to lead as pastors and deacons, who will equip all of the saints in our community to serve one another, build one another up, and call one another to account when we go astray, so that in all that we do, we may put Christ on display to a lost and dying world!

We are a church devoted to…Persistent Prayer. We are committed to pursuing God through prayer in everything we do, in small and large requests, in prosperous and difficult seasons, for we know we can do nothing without Him. We cast our cares upon Him, for He cares for us.

We are a church devoted to…Wholehearted Worship. We are committed to worshipping the one true and living God. We will seek to do so when we gather by preaching His Word, singing His Word, praying His Word, reading His Word, and seeing His Word in baptism and the Lord’s Supper. Outside our local gathering, we will seek to live out that worship every single day with our whole lives in response to God’s grace. We exist as a church ultimately for the glory of our redeemer.

We are a church devoted to…the Master’s Mission. We are committed to being on mission for Christ, here in Asheboro/Randolph County and throughout the world. With God’s help, we will seek to accomplish this by raising up God-called, biblically qualified pastors, church planters, and missionaries, that, Lord willing, we will help send and support.
